SITE INFORMATION
Privacy notice.
How the enquiry-only website handles the information you choose to send.
This draft must be checked and updated with the operating business's legal identity, contact/address details, data retention and service providers before the site goes live.
Who to contact
Bedford Garage Centre, Bedford, Bedfordshire. Questions about data handling: bedfordgaragecentre@gmail.com. The business's full legal identity and address will be added before launch.
Enquiries and bookings
Our forms prepare an email in your own email application. The website itself does not currently submit your enquiry into a lead database. If you send that email, we receive whatever information you include, such as your name, contact details, registration, requested date and vehicle concern, and use it to respond and arrange services.
Legal basis and sharing
We use information to respond to your request, take steps before providing services and manage communications. Where a requested service is provided by another business, we'll explain any relevant referral or information sharing before proceeding.
Hosting and logs
Our hosting provider may process technical logs needed to deliver and secure the site. We do not intentionally use behavioural advertising cookies or third-party analytics in this initial version.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you may have rights to access, correct or erase personal data and to object to certain processing. Contact us using the email above. You can also contact the UK Information Commissioner's Office.
Security
Please don't send card details, bank credentials or other highly sensitive information through the enquiry forms or ordinary email.
